Reclaim Therapy is a group practice that specializes in providing trauma therapy services for adults and adolescents in the greater Los Angeles area. We are devoted to helping clients heal trauma and reclaim power over their bodies and lives.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

Somatic Experiencing Somatic experiencing is a body-oriented modality that helps heal trauma and other stress disorders. A multidisciplinary study of stress physiology, psychology, ethology, biology, neuroscience, indigenous healing practices, and medical biophysics to support healing trauma through the nervous system
About Me
Thank you for being here. My goal is to support people in healing the deepest, most hidden parts of themselves. This therapeutic space is for the intuitive, the deep thinkers, and the highly sensitive who have been trying to make sense of their internal and external worlds. I offer extensive knowledge and support with the following: nervous system healing, complex trauma, chronic emotional dysregulation, adverse childhood events, and relational fear/anxiety. If you are seeking support by trying to organize what feels like internal chaos, difficulty understanding experience, or are more curious to explore your identity; welcome. I provide an honest, intuitive, and empathetic approach to treatment. CIient centered and collaborate, let's work to help you understand how you function, connect, and relate to your environment. I also offer the integration of spirtuality to support as a lens to understand and create meaning for your life. I value client’s reclaiming power over their bodies and lives. I am eager to hear your story and understand the intersections of your life. At your speed we will get to work, identify limiting belief systems, acknowledged the needs of hurt parts, and increase your capacity for self awareness and healing.

I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 2016 and went on to pursue a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology completed 2019. I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in October of 2022. I have extensive experiencing working in mental health for the last 8 years. Throughout my years of practice, I have become interested in the complexities of trauma presentations across a multitude of diverse populations. My passion has become to create spaces of healing that challenge dominate clinical discourse, reducing pathology through the use of decolonization, dismantling capitalism, spirtuality, and the use of rituals as a means to ground and reconnect. I am an artist, therapist, healer, entepreneur, avid gardener and mother.

I’m Kelsey Paige Feldman, an associate marriage and family therapist specializing in childhood mental health. With a deep passion for helping children and their families navigate the complexities of mental health, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports emotional growth and resilience.
I believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment to explore their feelings and develop coping skills. My goal is to empower children and their families by creating a supportive space where they can openly discuss challenges and work towards positive change. I work collaboratively with parents, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s well-being.

My name is Ashley Juhasz and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, California. I strive to help my clients explore, process, and reconnect with their true self by taking a deeper look into their life story. It is my goal to provide you with a safe, empathetic, and supportive space where you can work through your struggles, whether that is emotional pain, trauma, or chronic mental health issues. I work largely from a Psychodynamic perspective and value the importance of weaving mindfulness and intuitiveness in my work. Associate rates vary between $160-$175; Limited sliding scale available
